MPPFC seeking RFP for Reach Out & Read for 2019-2022
The Martin-Pitt Partnership for Children is seeking proposals from organizations/agencies interested in providing the program Reach Out and Read (ROR), an evidence-based model, into children ages 6 months to five years, regular pediatric checkups or well-child visits. The program will be implemented at one medical office in Pitt County for the fiscal years beginning July 1, 2019, and ending June 30, 2022. Completed proposals must be received at the Partnership office, located at 111B Eastbrook Drive in Greenville or emailed to dstewart@mppfc.org by April 26, 2019, at 12:00 p.m.
The mission of Martin-Pitt Partnership for Children is to “make meaningful and measurable investments in young children to enable them to achieve their fullest potential”. MPPFC leads community strategies for children birth through 5 and their families that promote healthy development and learning and enhance access to high-quality care.
