KidsFest 2019 seeking exhibitor registrations
Now that the holidays are behind us, we’re so excited to announce that registration is open for our 2019 Pitt County KidsFest! Our 18th Annual KidsFest will be held Saturday, March 23rd from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Greenville Convention Center.

WHAT IS KIDSFEST
KidsFest provides an opportunity for parents & caregivers of young children to connect with resources and information in a fun and interactive environment. Hosted each Spring, KidsFest averages an attendance of 3,000 parents and children, and nearly 60 businesses and organizations.
EXHIBITORS
As a non-profit organization that focuses on early childhood education, we are currently looking for businesses and organizations who offer resources or services to families with children birth to five to host information tables or developmentally-appropriate, hands-on activities at KidsFest. This year, we are working to expand the information available to attendees to include resources for services including mental health, legal assistance, employment resources, and more. Registration is first-come, first-served, and the Partnership has the right to deny registration to any organization based on what we believe is in the best interest of our organization.
SPONSORS
The Partnership is always searching for organizations to partner with us for KidsFest. With opportunities ranging from monetary sponsorship to serving as event volunteers, we are always interested in finding a way for your organization to make a difference with us. Sponsors will have the opportunity to hang their banner, be featured in our social media advertising, be listed on our website, and more.
VOLUNTEERS
In order to provide a successful event, we use a variety of volunteers to help with both the preparation of and day-of execution of KidsFest. Tasks include parking lot supervision, assistance at exhibitor booths, ticketing, general assistance, etc.
