New Local Special Needs Website for Families

The Pitt Local Interagency Coordinating Council (LICC) is a dedicated group of professionals who work with children with special needs and their families in Pitt County. We share information and advocate for children with special needs through meetings, outreach and services. We encourage parents to become involved by joining Pitt LICC.
