Now Hiring: Program and Evaluation Coordinator

The Martin-Pitt Partnership for Children — a public/private organization — is accepting resumes for a Program and Evaluation Coordinator. The Program and Evaluation Coordinator, reporting directly to the Executive Director, provides program management for funded programs of the Martin-Pitt Partnership for Children. This includes program development and overall coordination. This position is the programmatic liaison between the North Carolina Partnership for Children, funded service providers, Martin-Pitt Partnership for Children’s Board of Directors, and administrative staff. The Program and Evaluation Director ensures appropriate and meaningful programmatic evaluation, monitoring and reporting systems are in place that assists Martin-Pitt Partnership for Children in determining the current and future needs of young children and families in Martin and Pitt counties. The Program and Evaluation Coordinator is the budget liaison to internal and external programs. This position reports the program progress of all funded programs to the Executive Director. The Program and Evaluation Coordinator participates in program and budget planning for both in-house and community service providers in support of the mission of Martin Pitt Partnership for Children and Smart Start.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of three years of paid experience in developing, managing and evaluating community-based service programs is required. Master’s degree and nonprofit experience are preferred. We provide medical, dental and vision coverage as well as a family-friendly environment.
